LIIS & GREGOR TO LA28

we are LIIS KAPTEN and GREGOR RASVA, two young triathletes from estonia. our biggest goal is to participate in the la28 olympic games and to make history in brisbane 2032 by bringing home estonia’s first olympic medal in triathlon.

From spring 2025, WE TRAIN alongside olympic champions IN loughborough, ENGLAND. our coach is gavin smith, high-performance triathlon coach at loughborough university, who led cassandre beaugrand (fra) to an olympic gold medal in paris 2024.

Reaching the top alone is incredibly difficult. That’s why we've joined the loughborough university performance team: one of the best training groups in the world, welcoming elite athletes from around the world.
